You could only find 10 quotes? You must have been facing a deadline.
Once there was a young and handsome Roman emperor who grew so peeved with his Senate that he appointed his favorite horse to fill the first vacancy that occurred.
Therein lies the solution for Tom DeLay. Surely appointing the back-end of one of his favorite horses to something would give Bush some satisfaction & appeal to the Conservative Base at the same time. As long as it isn't The Supreme Court, it's a win-win deal.
