Texas senators demand base-closing data

Republican Sens. Kay Bailey Hutchison and John Cornyn said Thursday the Pentagon has yet to make public information on how it scored the military value of each military installation.

'Communities have a right to know how their bases were measured so they can either support or challenge the proposals,' the Texas senators said."
