There will a primary whether it is Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison and Gov. Rick Perry or not. If Hutchison does not come home and run, then Carole Keeton Strayhorn will take on Perry and that would be a train wreck. If Hutchison wins the primary (and she will) she will be elected governor."
