15 Texas facilities targeted for closure
DallasNews.com | News for Dallas, Texas | Latest News: "The Pentagon Friday urged the closing of three major military bases in Texas - the Red River Army Depot near Texarkana, Naval Station Ingleside near Corpus Christi and Brooks City-Base in San Antonio.
Twelve other installations throughout the state, including an Army National Guard reserve center in Dallas, would also be shuttered, and still another half dozen would be cut in a sweeping realignment of the nation’s military."
