Evan (a self-proclaimed Republican) writes "I'm very skeptical of the notion that GOP primary voters are clamoring for more state taxes, regardless of where the money is spent." I have to agree. But that doesn't make anything look any better for Perry. According to recent polls, Perry may have nothing but GOP primary voters.
