KLTV 7 Tyler-Longview-Jacksonville, TX: Hutchison will wait on announcement until after special session: "U-S Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison said today she's 'in the final stages of making a decision' about whether to run for governor next year.
She made the statement in an appearance before a meeting in Irving of the Texas Press Association.

Hutchison hinted she won't announce her plans until after the end of an upcoming special legislative session on school finance. She said she believes the session will start next week."
