Unintended consequences of HJR 6

On the Lege: "Domestic partner benefits, powers of attorney, and even common law marriage will be called into question by this amendment. The Texas Senate must seriously ponder this issue and weigh the possible consequences before amending the Constitution to restrict the rights of all Texans."
