McCloskey, GOP elders seeking Delay opponent

HoustonChronicle.com - McCloskey, GOP elders seeking Delay opponent: "Former U.S. Rep. Pete McCloskey, in Houston Sunday for a conference on Palestinian issues, said he and other Republican elders are looking for a candidate to oppose U.S. Rep. Tom DeLay, R-Sugar Land."

Moderate Republicans are afraid of what Delay might do to the party long term. They are right. Unfortunately, moderate Republicans aren't running the show. Rove should be afraid, and isn't. I'm sure Howard Dean is optimistic.
